All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We use Woocommerce PayPal Payments to process payments.

Shipping and Delivery

Handmade items typically take 7–14 business days to be crafted before dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged to the customer.

UK orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, while international delivery times vary based on location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

If you do not receive your order in 7 working days (UK deliveries) or 14 days (international deliveries) please contact us.

Cancellations and Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, handmade and custom-made items are exempt from this right.

At Bayler & Co we would like to offer on a discretionary basis the opportunity to cancel your order.  Please email or call us immediately if you wish to cancel your online order.

Refunds

Your legal rights

When you buy goods from a business, in UK law , the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a number of rights as a consumer.

These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If you believe your product is faulty or misdescribed, please send us an image of the fault by email.  We will then contact you to arrange refund or replacement.

Our returns policy

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.

Our hats are refundable for a period of 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund,

  • we must receive your item back to our premises within 30 days
  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your money in the manner that you paid.

We do not refund shipping costs.
